2 naan breads or flatbreads
2 Joyn Italian Sausages
¾ cup ricotta cheese
½ cup roasted red pepper
1 cup baby arugula
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp balsamic glaze
salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
Cook the sausage: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sausage, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned and fully cooked—about 6–8 minutes. Set aside.
Assemble the flatbreads: Spread ricotta evenly over each flatbread. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Top with crumbled sausage and roasted red pepper strips.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, directly on the oven rack or baking sheet, until the edges are crispy and the ricotta is slightly golden in spots.
Top it off: Remove from the oven and scatter fresh arugula on top. Drizzle generously with balsamic glaze. Slice and serve!
